One of all the pieces of goodies/sweets we make at work. It is a sweet made of coconuts, sugar and eggs. It is mixed to a kind of hard mixture and the pressed through a pipingbag with a "piping top" To this mixture I used about 8 Kilos of coconutflakes and 6-7kilos of sugar and about 6-8 liters of eggs... And to that mixture I ended up having to use 6 piping bags as the "top" got pressed out that many times! Before it is baked you press down half of a rum cherry at the top and then you dip half of it into dark chocolate.
