Biskvier - Pear 2

Makes a lot of these every ones in a while. Four different kinds; Chocolate, Sarah Bernard, Pear and Lemon.

The one thing that is the same about them all is the bottom, made out of almondpaste, sugar and eggwhite. it is mixed to a pretty loose mass, piped into small "cookies" baked. Then you place them into the freezer, that makes it easier to loosen them from the paper. Then you turn them around and fill them with whatever filling they are supposed to have.
Chocolate - Chocolate butter creme with a little of arrack
Sarah Bernard - Dark chocolate truffle
Pear - Pear flavoured butter creme.
Lemon - Lemony flavoured butter creme.
